When you could wrestle like Eaton and had cornette as your manager you could be a deaf mute.

I can't remember who I said before in this thread but I've changed it for Jimmy Garvin. The Freebirds were horrible after 89 but at least Hayes felt like he was just a creepy, slightly annoying, past-it rock star. Garvin is one of the most embarrassing examples of a guy 'play acting at being a wrestler' ( or rock star) I've seen. A lousy sack of shit from the Rotunda school of charisma.

Jimmy Garvin shouldn't be judged on Freebirds Jimmy Garvin.

Garvin had a solid match at Super Brawl IV and was pretty great in Texas, In between, not so much.

This thread is wicked entertaining. I can certainly empathize with those who list HHH among the main-event guys. I can't stand him on the mic, and he does have a tendency to dominate /overstretch the shows he's on. Still, I could think of some matches from him that I have enjoyed over the years.

Having not seen these apparently really good 2012-13 years, I have to go with Kane no question. No "name" wrestler that I have ever watched makes my brain to turn mush from boredom when he's on the screen. And his promos are even woirse. Good for Jacobs making a career and working clean and having respect and all that. But at what cost to the viewer?

But at what cost to the viewer?

None, unless you bought a Kane toy or a PPV because of him.

Sadness. Wasted time. Bad dreams about hopelessness.

The Network thread just reminded me of the existence of Steve Blackman. Man, WWF has so many dull and useless workers in the late 90's.
