Savage gets out of a car and is ranting and raving. Macho rushes in and we cut to a match between Spicolli and Juventud. Macho comes to the ring area and lays a beating on Juventud by giving him a piledriver. I love watching Lodi's reactions to some of this stuff going on. Spicolli wants the ref to count which is fairly funny. Louie goes for some congratulations and gets dumped as a result. Luger is getting called out. NWO music fires up and here come the entire troops. Liz has a look of concern. Bischoff plays peacemaker. Macho tells Hogan that he makes him sick. Hogan tells Madness that if he is part of the team, he has to play the whole game. Even with differences of opinion, they stay together. One subtle thing is the shoutouts to Syxx Pac are no more. Hogan tells Savage that he was getting his ass kicked and needed some help from the reserves. Macho says the match wasn't over, Hall and Hogan werent coordinated and he doesn't need their interference, and finally he makes fun of the fact that Hogan is no longer the champion. Hogan reiterates that everyone in the family knows he beat Sting twice. The segment ends with big dispute between the NWO and Savage.

Savage arrives by himself and looks ready to raise hell. Not that Juventud Guerrera vs Louie Spicolli was a monumental match or anything, but I have never liked main eventers rushing midcard matches and beating everyone up. He wants Luger to come out and instead, the entire NWO is out. An NWO breakup was definitely the right course, but it didn't need the slow burn at all, and it really needed to be Hogan/Savage vs Hall/Nash. This seemed to be about making sure Hogan and Savage were a level above Hall and Nash. The NWO no longer feels fresh or different at all and this is just so stale even though they are running with the dissension.

Same here, though Spicoli making sure to hit a DVD and asking for a cover after Juvie's been massacred was pretty funny, as was him trying to gladhand Savage. I saw a touring version of The Book of Mormon today and Spicoli's character would have fit right in with the other Elders. Savage wants Luger again but doesn't want any help from the NWO. Bischoff attempts to make peace, but Hogan and Savage have words, with Hogan saying the NWO had to try to bail Savage out and Savage responding that Hogan doesn't look as good without the big gold belt. Totally agree that this should have ended up being MegaPowers vs. Outsiders, and that this reeks of Hogan trying to marginalize Hall & Nash. Hogan vs. Savage just isn't a match-up we need to see yet again.
