Loss Posted August 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 Lawler basically calls Randy Hales a pervert for wanting to put Stacy Carter in the ring so he can see her panties again. Stacy says she definitely can take Brandon Baxter since he's more woman than man. Lawler claims the WWF is winning the ratings war against WCW because they have him and uses this to segue to how wrestling is all about ratings, and that's why Hales wants Stacy back in the ring.
