He refers to page 257 of the WCW rulebook. Because Malenko was suspended and was in the building, that is against the rulebook which means the decision is null and void and Jericho is the rightful cruiserweight champion! He gets the belt back. Malenko comes out and wants to get his hands on Jericho and Jericho has fun taunting everyone in sight. Jericho says Rey vs Dean can have a #1 Contender's Match tonight and he'll just hang out in the back and polish his belt. Jericho knows the rulebook!
