Monumentous occasion as myself and Bucky hop on Skype Call for the second time ever. This is the first episode in a series called WE DON'T KNOW EVOLVE!!! (Gabe's a racist). Very excited to go through each and every EVOLVE show up until the death of the promotion. We start with Evolve 1, where we get to lay witness to the prestigious EVOLVE Singles Division and Tommy Dreamer doing his pose. Humble beginnings for the premier indie going today. Give this a listen!

Thought the discussion of NJPW/ROH/AEW/PWG on this week’s show with Quentin & Tim was awesome. Freedom of movement for workers is a big thing that I was concerned about when the details of AEW started coming out and I don’t feel like any other shows have discussed that in a meaningful way prior to this.

A lot of fans (and media members) are really desperate for AEW to succeed (which I get) and were/are really willing to overlook or not discuss these important questions from the perspective of labor. The Bucks and Cody aren’t workers in this equation. They are the bosses.  What kind of benefits are truly being offered for everyone else?  What benefits are universal for all workers?  I get the feeling that this is going to end up looking a hell of a lot closer to WWE from a worker’s perspective than anyone wants to acknowledge at this time.

I'm a terrible person. You may not know but in 2019 we launched the We Don't Know Wrestling Podcast Network. A couple of podcast things happened and plenty of live things happened between that made it so mostly Quentin Moody had has own feed. Personally, I don't mind that cause he's one of the best voices out there. Him and Tim just did a podcast with Daniel Makabe discussing ALL his 2019 matches which I think is probably the BIGGEST show since the feed started. Huge recommend there: https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/wrestling-jinnis

You also have the PID50 where Quentin and Tim breakdown their top 50 wrestlers of the year across 3 parts:

https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/pid50-2019-part-1

https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/pid50-2019-part-2

https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/pid50-2019-part-3

Also wanted to announce here that the WDKW100 ballots are open! For those that don't know this is a public poll of the best in-ring wrestlers of the year. Linking to the FAQ which also has a link to the ballot: http://wdkwrestling.freeforums.net/thread/909/2019-wdkw100-faq

After a long hiatus, We Don't Know Wrestling is BACK with another Desert Island Compilation episode. For the fifth edition, we go through the comp of one of the premiere video essayists in wrestling, Joseph Montecillo. Joseph has been producing videos for years but recently released his largest project to date, an hour plus long video laying out his case for Daniel Bryan as the Greatest Wrestler Ever.

Running down Joseph's comp, we walk through his favorite wrestler of all time, past favorite wrestlers of all time, matches that were a turning point in his fandom, and wrestling that hits close to home. Join us for the ride.

On the third episode of We Don't Know Wrestling Society X, I am joined by former WASIMCAST GUEST Dan Rice. We break down WSXtra 2 and WSX Episode 3. That means we chat Trailer Park Boyz and WSX getting very sexually charged.

NOTE: In this episode, there is a Teddy Hart match so we talk about that. Attempted to talk around someone else last episode and had a harder time here. If that makes you not want to listen totally understand.

Got a few more things going on over the past couple of weeks, so lets post that here.

On this episode of the Desert Island Comp series, we are joined by long-standing member of the Online Wrestling Community (OWM) and Phoenix Pro Wrestling commentator, Tim Livingston. While he is in an interesting part of his fandom currently, we dig into the comfort food that is his list that taps on all time periods of his time loving the sport of wrestling.

We are the Ice Cubes from Sugarland! Back here to talk about the only important thing in wrestling this week yep you guessed it Kenny "The Collector" Omega. His title win, his bad promos, his future as champion, & his best buddy/uncle/groomer? Don "The Virus" Callis. Follow that up with talk about a good match with GCH champion Go Shiozaki defending against "Killing Machine" Takashi Sugiura. Finally the main event of the evening DDT D-King tournament overview.

Two big things, first we will have a new podcast joining the feed! Boots and Trunks from former British Wrestling Experience host, Jamesie. Then, Quentin and Tim have started their annual kick-off with a twist, this year breaking down their top 50 wrestlers of the 2010s

The inaugural episode of the Boots and Trunks Podcst is here!

Jamesie draws a line under what was a challenging 2020 and outlines his plans for the show in 2021.

Quentin and Tim are back for the annual PID year end festivities, but this time running down the best wrestlers of the 2010s

Clearly I have a personal stake (stake is probably too strong of a word, I make negative money) but the feed is one FIRE right now. If you haven't checked out the BeruBara Tag Boom episodes also recommend checking those out. Seems right up PWO's alley

Once you have finished the Top Wrestlers of the Decade Podcasts I highly, highly recommend you spend about 17 hours listening to these episodes

Another lovely round of podcasts coming hot out the oven.

The boys are truly back in town as we have This Week In Wrestling Reunion episode where Tim and Pete break down the week that was:

We Don't Know Wrestling Society X continues with Kris P Lettuce to talk about WSXtra 5 and episode 6 proper:

Last but certainly not least we have a new Boots and Trunks! Talking about the beautiful simplicity of a good headlock

I'm making a return to PWO after a couple of years. I'm Alex, host of the BeruBara Tag Boom, and feel free to shoot me any questions. This project has made me excited about wrestling for the first time since 2019 and after this I'll probably go further into whichever 70s AJW and other promotions I can find film on.
