Trying to figure out the wrestling equivalent of Kellyane Conway.   Maybe early SMW Tammy Sytch before he started getting it.  You need that right level of passive aggressiveness and "I don't you so" annoyance

Kellyanne is a great heel and would make an outstanding wrestling character. She'd need lots of clients who say ridiculous things, then go back and say "If you really listen to what he said, I think you'll see what he meant was ..." and that sort of thing. Could be a great gimmick. I don't know that anyone is fully analogous.

That would be a perfect role for Maryse after The Miz has one of his semi-frequent breakdowns on Talking Smack

On another note, I wonder if any enterprising Dem senator will be itching to cut a promo on Linda McMahon ahead of her cabinet appointment hearing thing.

She already had her hearing. Cory Booker marked out a little in his questioning.

I read something that Rachel Maddow talked about the McMahon connection on her show Friday night.

Fuck these people.

Fuck them so hard.

People are already feeling the effect of Trump presidency in their everyday lives, and suffering because of it.

So fuck each and every one of these people. I hope this shit is gonna bite them in the ass one day.

I'm feeling good for a change with Trump in charge. Never felt so patriotic as now. Nice to see someone finally call out the MSM on their bullcrap, do what they say they are going to do and nice to see someone putting America's interests first. It's nice not to feel like a stranger in my own country.

I agree with you . Trump won the election and things will improve in America  . No one is suffering , unless you call  tax reform ,ending Dodd-Frank , killing Obama Care , making money in the market  and just enforcing the law suffering.  If the socialist left  are upset about Trump they have only themselves  to blame. Hillary Clinton  was  the worst candidate  they could have put up against the Republicans. America is still a Christian right nation , so the Democrats are going to have to find a middle of the road candidate if they want the White House back in 4 years . The  progressive  experiment is over.

Outside of the major cities Trump still has major support. The Democrats should stop crying and  focus on the mid-term elections .. I lived  thur  Obama 's hell and never complained . My mother almost lost her home because of the last President. My insurance premiums have doubled and I am looking at a 68 % increase in   the  fall. My hours at work were slashed because of the Affordable Care Act . There is 35 to 40% unemployment in the heartland . Violence in our cities is at a all time high.  The Middle East is on fire and Europe is being over run by the conflict 's victims . The elite in NYC , DC , Silicon Valley and Hollywood continue to  get richer. In the meanwhile the people in Ohio , Michigan , West Virginia and Kentucky wallow in poverty Gee , thanks. Barry .

If you don't like Trump , blame  Barry . Obama's  radical attempt to transform America into socialist state created the conditions for Trump election. That said I am a moderate who vote for Trump because he was my only choice. There was no one  else.

I thought this was Pro Wrestling Only, not Breitbart or some godawful Reddit forum. Yikes at the last two comments on here.

This thread was already approved as an off the topic of wrestling area. I agree we don't need to discuss politics on this site, but if you want to have a safe space where you can rip Trump to your desire, there's a million subreddits/websites/television stations that will fit your need. No need to do it here.

Sorry, this isn't DVDVR, r/politics or CNN. You don't get to trash one side then try to shut them down when they say something back. If you trash Trump, you are probably going to hear from me.

It's as if nothing was learned from the election results.

Someone wants to ban me, edit me or report me or whatever, do as you please, but if you are going to give it, you have to take it as well. This forum wouldn't exist if everyone had the same opinion on everything. I think the mods here are more than mature enough to understand that.

Fourth. Although I suppose its always good to be reminded that despite the level of discourse generally found here, there's a reason people stereotype wrestling fans.  And its often correct.

That isn't fair, at least on this board I would imagine it is 90-10 anti-trump

Yeah, I think it's okay to talk about Trump in a wrestling context, since wrestling is often a reflection of culture, as is politics, and there is overlap. But just straight political posts I'd rather avoid. So yeah, Trump's relationship with the McMahons, his history in wrestling and even speculation on how his cultural impact may change wrestling is all fair game. Just offering opinions on his Presidency we can keep away from the board. It's a fine line, but I will do my best to trust everyone to walk it carefully.

That's probably true.  But stereotypes aren't entirely false, they simply exaggerate it.  Much like I saw someone wearing a 2020 reelection shirt in Central Park today.  NYC may lean a certain way -- very heavily -- but nothing is 100%.

There are liberal people in red states and conservative people in blue states, yes. But let's talk about wrestling. :)

Not to fan the flames or anything, but holy crap at some of the pro-Trump stuff said above. Thanks for giving me a legit reason to ignore your posts and opinions from now on.

Jeez. Like this is some sort of sporting event where "Rah Rah, my team won so we're the best".

Anyway I think this thread is only asking for trouble. Comparing KellyAnne Conway to a wrestling heel manager? I thought managers were supposed to draw fans to the arena, not cause them to turn off their TV's and hate the world.
