Afterwards, Adonis was supposed to get five minutes with Lord Alfred Hayes but about 2 minutes into Adonis beating on Hayes, King Harley Race hit the ring and attacked Adonis….Murdoch came to the rescue, Adonis took the microphone and told Race that he'll settle this later tonight! TAG TEAM GRUDGE MATCH "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin/"Flamboyant" Eric Embry w/Precious defeated "Iceman" King Parsons/Bad News Allen when Parsons and Bad News accidently bumped into each other and Bad News gave Parsons a 'Ghetto Blaster' and walked out leaving Parsons to get pinned by Garvin WCCW World Six Man Tag Team Championship The Fabulous Freebirds (Hayes/Gordy/Roberts) defeated The Desperados (Bart/Bass/Brooks) when Gordy pinned Killer Brooks with a running powerslam SEMI-MAIN EVENT WCCW World Tag Team Championship Kerry/Kevin Von Erich w/Mike Von Erich fought The Pringle Dynasty (Studd/Grappler) w/Percival Pringle III to a "No Contest" when all 4 men were counted out MAIN EVENTWCCW World Heavyweight Championship King Harley Race w/Lord Alfred Hayes defeated Adrian Adonis w/Dick Murdoch when Sir David Sammartino came to ringside and distracted both Dick Murdoch and referee Rick Hazard allowing Hayes to hit Adonis in the back of the head with brass knuckles Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thursday November 28, 1985 Bell Time: 4pm "Exotic" Adrian Street w/Ms. Linda pinned Checkmate with a rolling cradle WCCW Television Championship "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin w/Precious pinned "Chief" Wahoo McDaniel with his feet on the ropes Tag Team Showcase Match The Moondogs (Spot/Rex) w/Lucious Johnny V defeated Genochiro Tenryu/Jumbo Tsuruta when Rex pinned Tenryu after a powerslam WCCW Texas Heavyweight Championship Bad News Allen defeated "Iceman" King Parsons by pinfall to win the championship when Jimmy Garvin and Precious came out and distracted the referee allowing Eric Embry to slide in and hit Parsons with a steel chair and slide back out……Brown then pinned Parson Afterwards, Embry and Garvin came in the ring jumping up and down celebrating handing Bad News the title and raising his hand in victory. To the shock of the crowd, Bad News smiles and hugs both Embry and Garvin, then hugs Precious and gives her a squeeze on the rear end…..As Garvin and Embry turn to mock Parsons who is at ringside in shock…Bad News hits Embry from behind with the 'Ghetto Blaster'….as Garvin turns around to see what happened, Parsons grabs Garvin's feet and yank them out from under him and pulls him out to the floor and begins wailing on him all the way up the aisle and into the dressing room…..Bad News steps over Embry and leaves with his championship belt Grudge Tag Team Rematch Adrian Adonis/Dick Murdoch defeated King Harley Race/Sir David Sammartino w/Lord Alfred Hayes when Adonis put Sammartino out with a 'Sleeper'. Texas and Montreal seems like a strange pairing but it is working nicely. Garvin and Embry are perfect heels and the fans must have went nuts as Bad News connected with the Ghetto Blaster. I think it is a safe bet that the WCCW/Lutte/NWA partnership has proved to be very fruitful for all those involved with this happening!
