Joe Acton

Sorry, I really have nothing to add, but I did a quick search for him and I'm a big Catch Wrestling fan, but I honestly haven't even heard of this guy before.

I don't even think there's footage of him available.

Edit: Also you maybe trolling and I feel for it...

No Vince McMahon?

i rate promotors who bulit from Nothing more like all the ones i listed did

any comments on the wreslters section also take in to account i made my HOF out of people who are Most HOFs in the world

Plenty, but if you don't think Vince McMahon is worthy of being in a wrestling Hall of Fame then what's the point?

Andre Baker FFS! Yeah, cause Hammerlock left such an indelible mark on the world of professional wrestling!

I reckon Edwin might be right...

How would you pick someone like say, Poison Sawada JULIE and not Ric Flair?

You're basically excluding one of the greatest pro-wrestlers of all-time, yet including a garbage, comedy worker from small/micro Japanese indies...

Not that it really matters and I'm almost certain you're trolling (but I'm bored at work so this will keep me entertained for about 4-5 minutes)...

OK, what has Sawada done out of merit to deserve being inducteed into a HOF of any type?

Are you putting him there merely because he trained at the New Japan Dojo? Because he trained at the Malenko Dojo? Because he was a founding/key member of Japanese small/micro indies like Union Pro, DDT, PWC, etc.? Because he had snake powers? Because he founded Jakai Tensho? Because he fought mummies?

Sawada was/is a comedy and garbage wrestler who's career highlight was probably headlining some Union Pro or DDT shows in Korakuen Hall in front of 1,800 fans in matches against Sanshiro Takagi, mummies or space invaders.

I don't see how that would be HOF worthy, but then again, this doesn't matter, it's pointless, you're trolling and I'm falling for it.

he does more than alot of people hwo are in the WWE HOF ie helping find promotions that ran for 20 years that i longer than Post NWA WCW 1992-2001 and hes a hard long Carere too he main evete at a historic arena still to this day since in Japan one show a year is staduim show that ha sbeen mosylt true for the past 15 years

wrestling has a mioanly been an arean sport and you canot call ddt as small promotion its the 3 rd or 4th biggest promotion in Japan and has made more money than TNA eve has but TNA has been called the 2nd biggest promotion in the world selling out Ryugoku un paperd legit sellout like DDT does mean DDT sell more tickets than all us promotion oputside of wwe or any event [ also i not the biggest DDT fan going]

any other issues

As it's already been stated, the WWE HOF is a joke in the opinion of many fans.

What "historic arena" did Sawada headline? Korakuen Hall? DDT has monthly events there, not once a year...

DDT was/is/has been a relatively small indy until recent years and he's not a headliner there now, nor has he been a headliner there in years. When he was headlining there was when they were at some of their lowest points. Also, he was pretty bad in the ring despite that...

DDT is booming now and he has nothing to do with it.

Also please list all of the must see Joe Acton matches that you have seen that we have to watch...

And this is my last reply as you're obviously trolling.

Shark Tsushiya was the drizzling shit. And really, I have a soft spot for Bad Nurse Nakamura, but no Megumi Kudo ? Come on, be real now...

I guess you were an LLPW fan, but Yasha Kurenai ? Come on now. :) And damn, I haven't seen the name Yumi Ogura since, like, ever ! I seem to remember she was quite a good little worker.

And those awful luchadoras like Xochilt Hamada & Esther Moreno, but no Ayako ? Yeah, no logic at all, this is random as fuck !

Bitsadze Tariel ? Like, one of the worst guy I've ever seen, anywhere in any context...

Still, I'd have loved to have you during the GWE poll. At least it would have brought some variety. And Parv would have gone insane too.

You totally ignored my response, but OK...

Also, Sawada has never been influential/headlined a DDT card that has sold out Sumo Hall... His involvement has been in throwaway matches no one pays to see on those cards.

And namedropping TJP for no reason?

Yeah, you're obviously trolling...

no kudo was legit oversight from me

i though i put her in

and yes LLPW is very good

i have my issue with GWE and yes i listen ot all the podcasts on the subject

my issues come from how i Judge worker in compare to people like Parv and like

i Judge based on realism technique execution and work rate above all

hence why realistic strikers like traiel are highly regarded by me

abd cuse of how i rate things i odnt see how people like lawlor are so highly rated by alot of people among others

If someone offered me a 20 disc flair comp vs. 20 disc Poison Sawada comp I'd take the Sawada in a heartbeat. Japanese indy sleaze is underrated... plus, if you can make a career out of a poison gimmick, including getting turned into a statue, you are in every way a qualified pro wrestling genius.

What did Michael Kovac do to earn your respect? Is it from his matches in BattlARTS?

Also, what do you think of Hidetaka Aso?

I was a big fan of the Japanese indys as I posted in the that other thread on here some while ago, but Sawada just seems like a random answer specially when guys like Tarzan Goto, Hayabusa, etc. would be more willing candidates than him.

Did Hidetaka Aso ever do pro-wrestling? I'm not sure if he ever did. He's in the list of grapplers who never did pro-wrestling, but I think would've been fantastic had they chosen to like Rumina Sato, Hideo Tokoro and Masakazu Imanari.

Yoshika"Crusher"Maedomari

I actually would agree with Drill Nakamae though. How could you not love the name Drill?

Zeus had the worst match of all time so is a natural pick. ;)

There's people on there I can't even imagine why anyone would like seriously or ironically. Yuka Shiina???
