Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling April 86

Ah yes, the birth of "The Million Dollar Man"....This will be very interesting. I already see Dibiase as the current top heel in Mid-Atlantic.

The irony of having Brad Rheingans as "Mr. Brad Rheingans" in a feud vs the future Mr. Bob Backlund is delightful!

You have such a knack for creating really good pairings that most of us wouldn't think of. That's what I like most about your territory!

This is one hell of an interesting experiment. Could Dibiase, given a real run at the top in MACW in the 80s, get to Ric Flair levels of "overness" as a heel champ? Maybe he could!

The crowd in Greenville sure got their fair share of quality wrestling.

Dibiase has already replaced Flair and he is doing without the help of the Horseman. I was skeptical of this move for the NWA but we are entering a very exciting time. I am glad that Rip Oliver is finally getting the run he deserved. I was unsure what to do with him but in such a short time, you got him moving in the right direction.

Excited for Polynesian Power! Wonder how far they can go.

My favorite part of the entire Mid-Atlantic territory is Tom Pritchard's run as TV Champion. He's probably the best kept secret in the entire NWA right now. I had no clue who was Rock Riddle before spaldoni entered the game and man, has he become a great asset for your territory, especially in building midcarders!

Great post-Clash TV. Oliver and Rheingans both get over as heels and Jones gets a new tag team t the expense of the Duo. Everybody seems ready for the Cup as well.

I liked the babyface revenge theme in Greenville. Not sure Kirchner will like it though. Finishing off with DiBiase going over strong is the right choice.

Rheingans using the Backlund heel gimmick on Backlund is pretty rich. Duggan vs Singh is incredible and I can hope that's a feud.

Loving what's going on here right now. Dibiase in this enviornment could play out to be a bigger heel than Flair cause if you play your cards right he can have some real heat rather than Flair had as many people rooting for than against him.

Love the $10,000 Bodyslam Challenge for Bundy, great way to quickly get him over here.

I'm really getting behind the odd couple of Cooley and Johnson...I think this pairing has legs.

I really feel like this heel Rheingans can work, looking forward to watching it develope.
