I just started listening to your podcasts over the past month and once again, thumbs up for an excellent episode. My only real exposure to Butch Reed was as a member of Doom around the time I began watching wrestling but after listening to this episode, it has me wishing that he had a run as NWA champ.

I remember the JJ Dillion & Russo "shoot" promo. Russo talks about how Dillon tried to get him fired from WCW back in 2000 and somewhere during their "shoot" Dillion compares how he left WWF (says when he left WWF, he spoke to Vince face to face and ironed out whatever differences the 2 may or may not of had) to how Russo left WWF. And then you have the countless Russo promos ,on the TNA Weekly PPV, about how he made (throw in any big name star in the WWF in the late 90s) wrestlers who are not even working for the company he's working in.

They wrestled for the US title on the Saturday Night show in December 1989, ended in DQ.

It would have also given us a Randy Savage vs Vader match which I can't recall ever happening.

The rap group O.G.C.
