My buddy sent me this article that is definitely worth a read: http://whatculture.com/wwe/10-wwe-studios-movies-lost-millions.php According to WWE's latest financial reports (from october) the company has lost over $35 million on WWE Studios. What's the point? Why take Randy Orton off the road to cast him in a movie that is going to lose more money than it makes? It doesn't make any sense to me. Why does WWE keep putting out movies?

Great, great point. It actually did the lowest buyrate since SummerSlam 1997, which is a HUGE disappointment. I'm not surprised they pulled the brakes on his title run.

WWE has hardly cared about the IC title since the mid 2000s, so a third-tier title like the European title doesn't have much of a place in 2014 at the moment.
