This is only 20 seconds, but it's a really cool video. I remember being pumped that Cactus Jack was coming back, as I could tell it was him by the voice.

My sound for this week's raw is messed up, too. Oh well.

Kronos my sound is lower on these raw shows too, but on the computer it works out ok. This was a tease (even though ECW broke the news already) that Cactus Jack was coming to the WWF. Were fans disappointed that it wasn't exactly Cactus Jack who came on the scene but rather Mankind?

That was another difference if you compare live production values at the time. RAW was always softer than Nitro for me in real time.

I remember at first being both excited and then disappointed in the initial Mankind character. That was VERY brief, though. Like Loss said, it was a real thrill when these started popping up on TV. Once the Mankind character got going and went right into feuding with (and beating!) The Undertaker, it wasn't that big of a deal. It was VERY cool though when Cactus reappeared at that MSG RAW.
