Slick is standing by a car with an open trunk, so you can guess how it ends up. The WWF's patterned booking is on display here. They love to take a single concept, repeat it with different people, and keep doing that until the point is made. Maybe that's all wrestling, I don't know, but it's definitely WWF wrestling. You'd think Slick would be able to entice Andre with a snazzier locale than an arena loading dock--the limo effect is sort of killed there. garretta Posted May 23, 2015 Report Share Posted May 23, 2015 Andre and Slick is about the worst fit imaginable, even at this stage. Maybe back in the day when he had Gang and Bossman, but not now. I agree that Andre seems to be having a ball with these, and if he was as beloved as almost everyone claims he was, the managers were probably lined up waiting for their chance to work with him one last time, even in a context like this.
