He can't be punked out like Hogan and Flair. He says the yellow-and-red and Space Mountain are played out, but the Macho Man still has game. He has the least game of all three at this point. Tonight, Randy Savage will pass the torch to someone who will go on to be even better than he was. Nothing ever came of this. Then we cut to the Filthy Animals, who can't find Torrie Wilson anywhere in the back. I'm guessing Russo brought him back to embarrass him one last time like they did Hogan and Flair. So Madusa goes from dumping colonge on Heenan to competing in the world title tournament? I had no idea Savage came back in '99 but he manages to cut his best promo of the year--not saying much, but it's pretty good. He promises to announce a new protege but we don't get any further details and it sounds like we won't ever.
