It was pretty bad booking to have the Revival do a "WE'RE GONNA SPEAK THE WAY WE WANT TO" promo when they've been in the Main Event (the show not the card position) ghetto since returning. Like why would the crowd have any reason to care what they had to say?

Also it looks like their new thing is doing injury angles that are supposed to be thought of as real. Enzo last week, Nia tonight. Finn selling the return of the Curb Stomp like death was a nice touch, but of course the stupid WWE TV presentation had to stay on it so long it looked like a scene from the Office.

It has to start somewhere, it has to start somehow. What better place than here, what better time than now?

Also, yeah. Y2J being on WRESTLE KINGDOM and RAW25 on the same MONTH is incredible stuff.

Some guy is apparently busted for dealing steroids to celebrities has claimed he sold to Roman Reigns. Obviously nothing concrete but he also named Mark Wahlberg and some other actor I can't remember so it could become a mainstream story if there's any legs to it.

These handheld video promos are a nice idea, or at least they would be if the delivery of the promos weren't so woeful. They just did a bit for the women in the Rumble and the Riot Squad each cut the most dire promos one after the other.

Xavier vs Jinder was a strong match though and got some decent time

Had to check out the Revival segment after hearing some people buzz about it. Meh. The only feeling I got from it was that they were prepping the Revival to be the team to eat a handful of the legends' finishing moves next week. It's the same role the Ascension, La Resistance, and other esteemed pairings have filled on these past anniversary shows. Not so sure why people were acting like it was a breakthrough moment or anything. Did I miss something there?

So, Braun was great. Not a great episode on the whole but I assume they were kind of killing time until next week.

What exactly was the point in firing them and then a hour later rehiring him?

Obviously if you fire someone storyline there is a point to it ie when Austin got fired and Shane stood up to his father and rehired him but doing it in the same show made no sense.

Braun vs HHH and what's in spoiler tags maybe. Yikes. McMahon Mania incoming. Color me very much uninterested.

I wouldnt mind Braun/HHH for Mania as at least that means Braun gets nowhere near the main event.

HHH is always the real main event and even if he's not, why the hell would you not want Strowman near the main event?

Ive not been interested in Braun at all since he was in the Wyatts, just felt hes completely overratted in a big man being pushed because Vince likes big guys. All these guys getting squashed by him, id rather see real wrestlers on tv than this chump hogging the storylines.

He has great matches and gets over huge but I guess he must be terrible and only be pushed cause Vince has a hard on because he's over 6'4
