  1. Him, Nash, or Hogan? I must say.. I envy them all.
  2. Shane was fucking jacked. Do yourself a favor and stop wearing those awful jersies for good.
  3. Scott Steiner finally getting that push, Ernest Miller, Jim Duggan's heel turn, WarGames 2000: Russo Revenge, and Sean O'Haire are probably my favorite things about WCW 2000.
  4. Khabib is an interesting fellow. He is something mythical at the minute.. but the mocking of the homeless man video ruins him for me. Conor was fun on his way up, but like a lot of fighters, he fell into the Money persona pit. I have followed this sport long enough to remember the Mayweather-De La Hoya fight and how MMA fans mercilessly mocked Boxing for being a dying sport with way too much politics, bum fights, what not.. funny how a few years has changed things. Kenny Florian probably still thinks the sport is dying, despite the recent absurd flow of cash into boxing.
  5. I know I have said this before, but TNA Kevin Nash is the best Kevin Nash. I choose to not argue with people about him anymore.. people just don't seem to want to give him a chance. Matt Morgan, to me, is the best example of a wrestler that you watch and think.. you know, I don't know what it is about this guy.. he's missing something. This is actually around the time I stopped watching TNA. I vaguely remember things from 2008 and 2009, but I stopped watching wrestling completely in 2009. I thought both TNA and WWE sucked at that time. It is funny to me now though, because I remember saying they both sucked in 2007, as in, me saying they sucked while watching live in 2007, and now that I look back, it really wasn't that bad at all lol.
  6. It really, really makes me respect Brock Lesnar a lot more than I already did. He was obviously juiced out of his mind.. but so were many of the guys in the UFC across all weight divisions. Mir, Carwin, Dos Santos, Couture, probably Velasquez, Overeem.. Overeem and Carwin were fucking science projects.
  7. Have you ever grappled? Seriously, if you haven't done any grappling, he'd probably take you down and tap you in the first round. He'd have a job on. I'd like to see Phil fight Joe Rogan or one of the scrubs in the womens divisions.
  8. I believe you. I spent most of my youth kickboxing before losing interest in it and then moving on to traditional western boxing. I'd never be able to compete above 'smart' matchmaking level but I know what I can do. With all the time Punk had to train.. he never even mastered basics. His punches and kicks were some of the worst I have ever seen and he wasn't much use on the floor either.
  9. I never say stuff like I said above.. but I'd kick his ass. I know I'd kick his ass.
  10. Colby Covington needs to sound a little smarter.. but he is pretty hated right now. I heard Maia said it's all an act and Colby was actually really nice to him on the quiet. I was hoping he would win. Especially over the loved Dos Anjos. I want to see a world where Colby defeats Tyron Woodley. That would be fucking hilarious.
  11. Chicago Man Phil couldn't even beat a lined up Palooka Joe. He is a meme. Unquestionably.. the very worst fighter I have ever seen in the UFC. I don't think I can take him seriously anymore. I only ever saw his ECW run so I am and never was that attached to the man. I don't think I could watch his stuff anymore. I know I could beat his ass in real life. I had my doubts about him in mma when I heard about Teddy Hart kicking his ass in TNA.
  12. Kevin Nash has said Eric was a booze guy when they would all be fooling around at Nitro. Not surprising. Eric's ama on reddit went well. He was on the road in one of the Dakota's or Wyoming or some shit and pulled over to answer about ten-fifteen questions for about a half hour. Best responses were about not watching NXT and how he'd never been around a more delusional wrestler than Bret Hart. The NXT answer was amusing to me. That board loves that show so some folks probably were surprised by Eric's answer. It shouldn't be surprising though. Nobody outside of the hardcore watches that shit.
  13. I've never watched 911 or much ECW tbh (I won't watch it if I have to pay for it.. and I didn't understand most of what I was watching nor did I enjoy it anyways) so I have no idea what a 911 is.
  14. Sid Vicious. He'd have been perfect during the seventies and eighties. It's amazing how the ECW crowd reacted to him. Just goes to show ol' Cactus was right about them I guess.
