Kobashi was in a bunch of great tags and six-mans in 2008. His last year with multiple great singles matches was 2005.

I use star ratings because I watch an inhuman amount of wrestling and it's the easiest way to keep track of it all. Don't see why it has to be any more complicated than that. My own quirk is I don't use quarter star ratings.

It always baffled me that of the million different World Champions they had from 1999-01, not one of them was Goldberg.

I haven't watched any CMLL since 2010, could someone recommend some matches to get caught up?

Anyone have the date for the Flair/Steamboat with Andre as the ref? Some sites have it as 3/12/78, which doesn't line up with the US Title history.

Most of those are up on Youtube right now. I forgot some of them were just newsreel clips.

In the WON a little while ago they said WWE has stopped enforcing copyright claims on Youtube because they felt leaving the videos up would get more eyes on the product.

I grabbed a bunch of 50s wrestling from LA off youtube a couple of years ago, unless you meant something else. I meant something else, but I'm curious about the footage that you got. The footage I am talking about is a big collection of early 80s L.A. wrestling probably from the Spanish channel (the commentator would alternate in between English and Spanish commentary during the same match) and also some local lucha libre program. Apparently the uploader (jellybeans with some number at the end) got tired of people asking him if he wanted to trade DVD's that he deleted the channel and vanished. This was during a time that I wasn't watching wrestling (I heard about the channel from a friend who told me) and I remember kicking myself for not downloading or even watching a long Perro Aguayo vs Mil Mascaras match from that era. There was also a Negro Navarro vs Mando Guerrero match that sounded interesting, and Chris Adams vs one of the misioneros (Navarro again I think). I don't think I have any of that, unfortunately. NJPW's turnaround happened before the iPPVs though. I'd put Tanahashi in on ring work alone, without question.
